People working in Quantum Information field

Researchers on this picture are mostly European ones, due to specifics of the QIPC initiative and location of the event. The 1st QIPC workshop was hosted at the University of Potsdam (by the Quantum Theory Group). The central person is the Rector of the university Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Loschelder, which had just been re-elected for his second six-year term in office.

I had to cut and paste a bit to make everyone look OK. This image is actually composed from four similar photographs and thus does not qualify for the FoundView mark.

This picture from Quantum hacking lab gallery is included in Picture Collection (ref. nr. a79-21comp) on Photo Pages

Next: Group photo from QUICK conference in Cargese, 2001

No tripod - i forgot mine in a tourist bus on Lofoten islands just two days before the conference and didn't get it back yet by that time). Taken on September 29, 2000, around noon. Scanned on Nikon LS30 scanner.
